What is MOSAIQ?
MOSAIQ is informational software for self-directed investors: portfolio tracking, watchlists, market signals, and AI-generated qualitative analysis of stocks and portfolios. It is not financial advice, and all investment decisions are yours alone.
How do AI analyses and daily limits work?
Every plan includes a set number of AI analyses per day. Paid plans also refresh your portfolio and watchlist automatically on a schedule. You can see exactly what each plan includes on the pricing page.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
Manage your subscription from the plan page. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the current paid period, and charges are not refunded. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How do I install the app?
MOSAIQ installs as a home-screen app for a full-screen experience with alerts. On iPhone, open the Share menu in the browser and choose "Add to Home Screen". On Android and desktop Chrome, use the browser's "Install app" option. You can also start the install from the Profile page.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile page and use "Delete account" in the Danger zone. This removes your personal data and holdings from our systems. Payment records may be retained by our payment processor as required by law.
