MOSAIQ ("we", "us") provides a web application for self-directed investors: portfolio tracking, watchlists, market signals, and AI-generated qualitative analysis of stocks and portfolios. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice. MOSAIQ is informational software only. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, we do not hold or move your money, and we do not execute trades. Nothing in the service is personalised investment, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are yours alone, and investing carries the risk of loss.

Your account. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in EUR, and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing and cancellation are governed by the Cancellation and Refund policy below.

Availability and changes. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revise these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established.

What we collect. Account details from Google sign-in (your email, name, and avatar), the portfolio and watchlist data you enter, and basic usage needed to run the service.

How we use it. To provide and improve the service, including generating your AI analyses, and to process payments for paid plans. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we rely on. Google (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI generation), and market-data providers. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Retention and deletion. We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which removes your personal data and holdings from our systems. Payment records may be retained by our payment processor as required by law.

Paid plans are a monthly subscription, billed in advance in EUR, that renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from the plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access until then, and you are not billed again.

No refunds. Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for the current period or any earlier period, including if you cancel shortly after a charge or do not use the service.

Changing plans. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately, charges the difference, and starts a fresh monthly period. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal.
